CA Om Parkash Yadav is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant who has had a total of 19 years of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Business Advisory experience. He is a graduate of Commerce with Honors in Accounts and became a Chartered Accountant in 2005 and since then he has established a good reputation of providing value based and compliant financial solutions.

Being the Founder and Managing Partner of Om & Jaswani, he has managed to bring the firm to become a reputable entity in the sphere of professional services – its integrity, operational excellence, and personalised client approach. The company has managed to fulfill a large client base that includes Startups, MSMEs, Corporates, and International businesses of different types under his leadership.

His main areas of professional strong suits are statutory compliance, tax planning, audit and assurance, corporation structuring, business scalability strategy and financial governance.
